Quarterly Note.

I have a Diary Note to remind you that:-
Every man holding a responsible position in the Company should have under him a man whom he has trained to take his place efficiently and carry out his duties in the event of his being ill for, say, three months.

Whom have you trained to take your place in the event of your being ill?

To what extent is is the Company likely to suffer in the event of your being ill, by reason of the unfittedness of your subordinate to take your place?

CJ.
