For the attention of Mr. West. Experimental Dept.

Dear Sirs,

In reply to your letter of the 22nd instant, we have been making up a design of 14 m.m. plug specially for you to test on the Phantom II engine and have just got one dozen of these through the works today. We are, therefore, sending to you, under separate cover, one dozen plugs type X389 and suggest that you should carry on with these in the meantime, pending our developing one or two alternative types in case the X389 may not be entirely satisfactory.

We should be glad to be kept advised of the results obtained with these plugs.

Yours faithfully,

LODGE PLUGS LIMITED.
