1204. TO: Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} D1/DL1.10.37. Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} writes as follows :- "Should anyone wish to use the telephone for private purposes, before asking for the number they require, they should inform our operator that it is a private call.
