| SECRET. CJ1/E6/3/25 - 2 - DATE OF THE ANNOUNCEMENT. The date of the announcement of F.W.B. is dependent on (a) The date of the order for the last of the 106 unsold chassis........... (say 13 June to and (possibly to some extent) 13 July) (b) The date of the delivery to their purchasers as complete cars of the tail-end of the 106.............. (say last delivery 27 June to 27 July) Taking the later of two dates in the two cases: (a) It may be necessary to make the announcement on the 13th June and to 'chance' the sale of 28 chassis. (b) It may be necessary to make the announcement on the 13th June and brave the anger of 40 disgruntled purchasers who will read the announcement but will not have taken delivery of their 'out-of-date' cars. | ||
