AMERICAN CARS. (Your memo HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}2/LG24.5.21).

I do not think we can do better than accept the best offer we can obtain for any of these, and the sooner we can sell them, the better, as prices will obviously go lower instead of higher.

I suggest that if you can get £350 for the Dodge car locally, it would be a good thing to let it go. Please therefore arrange accordingly.

As regards the old Buick, we do not suppose that you will get much more than £350 for this. As you have a better chance of selling these cars at the Works, in view of the fact that they are in your possession, will you please let us know what prices you can obtain for them, and we will advise you at once whether to accept them or not.

We have not yet sold the new Buick which we have here and if you can get an offer for this too, we shall be glad to hear of it.

Cx.{Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager}Luel
