25/30 HP. Chassis.

Further to Mx{John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer}7/T20.4.36. - we have overcome the foul between the petrol pipe connection and the rear brake mechanism by moving the filter more to the centre of the chassis and altering the existing pipes to suit. We find on testing the Chassis that the clearances are satisfactory.

With regard to the further criticism that we could not remove the dynamo brush gear cover owing to fouling the carburetter petrol drain pipe, we have altered the lay-out of this pipe as suggested by you, and this point is now satisfactory.

Will you please arrange to send someone to see the alterations in question and have them instructed forthwith, so that all chassis produced can be dealt with similarly, including all chassis on test.
