Dear Sir, We acknowledge receipt of your letter of the 3rd., inst. reference CRG/MP. with blue print No.W.11 of modified windscreen wiper attached. From inspection of this drawing we are not clear whether the oscillating drive between the gearbox and the two wiper spindles is flexible, on the drawing it is straight. You will appreciate as the result of inspection of our chassis that due to the curve of the scuttle rail it is impossible to tolerate straight drive wind-screen wipers wiping from the bottom of the windscreen.
