Description of Parts: pistons. Two extra rings fitted to the pistons. The top one not to have a stop. Origin: To overcome the formation of carbon deposit on the cylinder bore which is the cause of piston rattles. (See attached memo). Experimental Test Report: Run 53 hours on the test bench, rings and pistons in excellent condition. Road Test Report: Run 2,800 miles on 49GB.
