Some time ago I asked you to arrange for your wireless expert to be responsible for all the instruments in the department. It was agreed that the test bed instruments could be retained on the test bed, but that instruments in the Garage, such as the Chronograph, should be stored under the direct supervision of the Electrical Laboratory, and booked out to the person using it. Your representative would be responsible for issuing a report on the condition of the instruments every month, and verifying that they are still in existence in the department.

It is now a number of months since I asked for you to arrange for this to be carried out, and since then I have heard nothing. I should like to know why no action has been taken.
