Dear Sirs, British Patent Application No. 25466/36. (Patent No. 481,608) Booster Dual Braking System. Our Ref. A.99. Now that the Agreement between the various parties in connection with the above Patent and the corresponding American Patent has been signed, we are proceeding with the necessary formalities to enable the Patents to issue to Automotive Products Co.Ltd. alone. For this purpose, it is necessary for certain documents to be signed by Mr. Martindale, and these are enclosed herewith. 1. For the British Application, we enclose Patents form 1E which is a form of request by Automotive Products Co.Ltd. that the Patent shall issue to them, and on which Mr. Martindale should sign to indicate his agreement with the application. The form should be signed where indicated, and the date of signing filled in below. 2. In connection with the American application, we enclose an assignment document by which Mr. Martindale and Mr. Parnell assigned their shares in the Patent to Automotive Products Co.Ltd.
