Dear Sirs,

For the attention of Mr. Hives.

In accordance with instructions received from Mr. Evernden of West WitteringHenry Royce's home town, we are despatching to you, one set of our Automatic Dipping Headlight fittings suitable for your 40/50 HP. "New PhantomCodename for PHANTOM I" Chassis. We understand that these are intended for use on one of your experimental cars.

The set of fittings is our standard for this Chassis, and is intended for use with lamp brackets to Drawing No. 5534, and with the standard type of large size Lucas lamps.

If there is any further information which you would like in connection with this set we shall be pleased to furnish it on hearing from you. In any case, perhaps you will kindly favour us with a report in due course as to the performance of this set.

Blue Print No. 5534 and fitting instructions are enclosed herewith.
