Rose - Export Manager}, I am writing on behalf of Sa, who is touring agencies and who has just phoned me to the effect that he is very sorry indeed, but that he is afraid he will be unable to go to Le Mans after all. I would have liked to have gone myself, but, at the moment, we are all working very hard with our backs against the wall, trying to pull things round in spite of adverse conditions.
