Clarifying a misunderstanding over the procedure for supplying replacement sparking plugs for a Fairey 'Battle' aircraft.

RELEASE NOTE RV.107. We issued instruction from this dept. for a set of LODGE A.14/1 Plugs, to be sent to Faireys to replace the existing K.L.G. 868.B. A misunderstanding arose over the procedure of of sending these plugs. A request was written on the release, asking Faireys for their order, whereas the plugs were replacements. Could you please clear up the misunderstanding with the A.I.D. at Faireys, as they are at present requesting Faireys for an order. Dor{Mr Dorey}/Hny. | ||
