J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} Barclay, Esq.,
Messrs. Jack Barclay Ltd.,
20, Conduit Street,
London, W.

Dear Mr. Barclay,

Mr. Wood, who has been working in this Department for the last 2 or 3 years, now tells me that he is going to join you on the 1st of next month.

As I previously told you, I don't know whether he will be any good as a Salesman, but we have certainly found him very reliable and industrious and he should have a very considerable technical knowledge of both the Bentley and Rolls-Royce chassis, as he has been on our road tests in France as well as doing test bed work.

I hope therefore that you will find him very useful, particularly as the majority of your business is with Rolls-Royce and Bentley products.

Yours sincerely,
