For the Attention of Mr. H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} West.

Dear Sir,

As arranged with you over the 'phone, I am sending you twelve XK9's and twelve XK14's. These plugs are very similar to our standard K9 and K14 plugs, the difference lying in slight modifications in the shape of the insulator and in the material of which the insulator is made, this being sinterkorund instead of ordinary ceramic.

As soon as you have had an opportunity of testing these plugs, together with the four X422, I will arrange to come up and see you.

Yours faithfully,
THE AC-SPHINX SPARKING PLUG CO., LTD.,
D.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} CORBIN,
Works Manager.
