Gentlemen, We are in receipt of your letter of the 11th inst. with reference to our quotation of the 22nd December last for Electrostatic Voltmeters, and beg to confirm that there is no difficulty in arranging Electrostatic Voltmeters with two ranges. This is done by providing an external condenser connected in series with the voltmeter on the higher range.
