Description of Parts. COTTON DUCK WASHERS FOR SLIPPING WHEEL IN CONJUNCTION WITH LIGHTER SPRINGS.
Origin. To obtain an equal initial and slipping load.
Experimental Test Report. It has been proved that we can overcome the complaints of a knock in the engine by reducing the load on the slipper wheel. There are no apparent disadvantages.
Road Test Report. Run 10,000 miles on 15-EX. Fitted to several customers cars. Running on 12-EX and 8-EX. No troubles. Used by RR. Springfield for some time.
