Re Wireless Sets fitted on Cars.

As you are aware, quite a number of cars are being fitted with Philco wireless sets and the fitting is being done by a number of Agents who all have different ideas as to how they should be fitted.

I have been in touch with Philco and I understand one of their representatives is coming to see you at the Works next Tuesday. Perhaps you would like to discuss with him the advisability of their supplying with each set a blue print and definite instructions as to how the set should be fitted.

We find that when a set is fitted under the scuttle they frequently have to bend the one-shot lubrication pedal to give sufficient clearance and there is the risk of the set being damaged by the driver's foot when pushing the pedal;

Also they used to take their lead wires off the battery; now they are taking them from our junction box.

Perhaps you would be good enough to look into these two points and any others you think necessary and let me know what is fixed.
