Messrs. Wilmot-Breeden Ltd.,
Eastern Works,
Camden Street,
BIRMINGHAM.

Attention of Mr. Spicer.

Dear Mr. Spicer,

Confirming the arrangement made during your visit yesterday, 7th May, with reference to fittings for the Myth body, which is now known as M.40:-

1. We are to supply you with drawings of the chromium plated mouldings showing the position of the fixing screws. You should allow approximately ¼" on the ends for fitting, and you will supply them in brass, so that they can be plated after fitting. The method of fixing will be by screws and washers. You will supply the washers.

2. You will supply us with drawings for the window regulator for the rear doors, and arrange the position in the door to give the most satisfactory operation.

3. It was agreed that a remote control would not be used on the rear door locks, but the position as shewn on the un-dimensioned drawing of the lock would be used with the inside handle pointing downwards at about 45º.

4. You will redesign the lock for the luggage locker on the lines discussed.

5. You will redesign and make some Budget locks for the spare wheel locker lid{A. J. Lidsey}, particulars of which we discussed with you.

6. You will send us up to date drawings of all locks.

7. It was arranged that you would send us suggestions for an escutcheon plate suitable for the luggage boot lid.{A. J. Lidsey}
