Dal/CB12.6.20 X.4152. RE DASHBOARD 2" HIGHER THAN STANDARD. X.4293a. In accordance with recent correspondence between CJ and R etc., we have prepared a drawing of a model 40/50 car in which the dashboard is raised 2" above the present standard, the radiator being 1" above the present standard. Please receive herewith two blue prints of "N" scheme 390 shewing this modification and also giving particulars of a model body which should be made to illustrate thechange. As on the this body we shew a modern scuttle and wind screen position we should like a portion of the model made like Fig.2 which shews the 1" higher dash and radiator with a modern scuttle and windscreen in order that it may be slipped into position on the model made to Lec1240.
