S/W Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} X3531, C12/C23.9.29 Re Dusemberg. I have seen Mr.Duveen this morning and he has now driven the car just over 1,000 miles (he says it does a fair 90). I cannot persuade him to let the car go to Derby. He is willing, however, that you should try it on Wednesday morning or Wednesday afternoon and you could go on the Watford by-pass Road and any hills you might like to try, and can have the car after to examine various parts of the chassis. He will also send along their catalogue giving speciaition. Will you please let me know if Wednesday will suit you, and if so what time. Either morning or afternoon will suit Mr.Duveen. C. | ||
