Mr. Fowler Clark will certainly be pleased to come and discuss this matter with you. It happens that he is proposing to be in London this weekend and if it is not too early to suit your purpose he could very well arrange to see you on Monday next the 30th inst. This is just a suggestion, but if you would prefer to leave it for a week or two as seems to be implied by your letter he would be pleased to make another visit.
