[Handwritten] F.T-H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} See me Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 1300 RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} From RHC{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer}/EJB. c. to Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} c. to E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} c. to By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} RHO/EJB.1/MH.{M. Huckerby}25.11.36. With reference to memo. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/FJH.{Fred J. Hardy - Chief Dev. Engineer}4/AP.23.11.36 attached. This steering gear duly arrived. We had this put in the vice and tried up. The Steering Adjustment however proved to be incorrect so we have had Mr. Hardy over to see it. He wants it back again to put it right. We do not really see the necessity for this model now. If we had had one when we first started making steerings, we should have been grateful, but, as you see, we were in the position to tell Exp. that their model was wrong yesterday. If you want my personal opinion, it is that the parts would be of more value on a chassis, but of course, I am ready to fall into line with Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}'s wishes if you so desire.
