ORIGINAL WW. PLATE CLUTCH SERVO. 9-PK CAR.

TROUBLES. | MILEAGE. | CAUSE OR REMEDY.
Car in accident - rear axle and petrol tank damaged, body badly damaged. | 1374 | Repaired in Paris.
Steering heavy and bad for road shocks. | | Pivots not getting sufficient lubrication (re-designed) Later type side steering tube springs improved shocks.
Brakes very consistent - require excessive pressure. F.W.B's Jagger Brake application affects steering. | | Braking system discarded.
Exhaust manifold cracked. Exhaust down pipe fouled by dynamo coupling. Exhaust throttle sticks. | 3991 | Exhaust system re-designed to overcome these troubles.
Oil on front brakes from toggles. | | Toggle shafts fitted with oil baffles on later cars.
A.T. speedometer failed. | 3972 |
3 side steering tube springs broken. | 3747 8971 | Later type springs completed 10,000 miles successfully.
2 exhaust valves burnt out. | 5228 6269 | Old type valves.
Steering arm bolts stretched. | 6107 | Small dia. bolts.
