Dear Sirs,

Thank you for your letter of the 7th. We are pleased you agree that the spring eyes on main plates which you supplied recently, are very inferior. We hope you will make sure that the next 2 pairs of springs are up to production standard.

Re Bentley Springs. We have an acknowledgement from you dated 8th of last month for our official order 38409. We noticed that you did worry about an official order in the case of the wire inter-leaf springs. No doubt you will now urge delivery of these Bentley springs.
