44462 Exptl. Dept. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}21/KW. 21st January, 1935. The Earl of Rothes, The India Tyre & Rubber Co.Ltd., Mileage Dept. (Area 'B'), 80, Clapham Rd., London, S.W.9. Dear Rothes, I have found that I have to be in London on Business on Wednesday and am therefore coming to the Coachbuilders dinner after all. I apologise for refusing your invitation and then reversing my decision, but I did not expect to be able to come. I hope I may see you there. I do not know whether the body for B-10-DG has got very far yet, but I shall be at Park Wards immediately after lunch on Wednesday. The chassis will not leave the Works until the end of next week. I am seeing Hall on Wednesday morning so if you have not heard from him I shall be able to tell you what he says if we meet in the evening. Yours sincerely, | ||
