In both cases, the two axles linked to the masses are describing two equal arcs of a circle, partaking in the rotation of the driving shaft. In both cases, the oscillating mass is displaced parallelly to itself, its centre of gravity describing an arc of a circle similar to the former ones. In both cases, the radius of the said arc is equal to the difference between the two radius, which difference can be made very small (Chenard Walcker French patent page 2, lines 69-70, and Sarazin British patent N°382,878 lines 20-25). | ||
