To Mr. from Mr.

S.17/S7.2.30 - G -

Items previously discussed but not agreed for incorporation in the 200 chassis.
Remarks.

n. Stop Irons.
He refers to detail of position, projection and slotted holes. I should think that if possible we might meet his max requirements in this direction, even on the 200.

o.{Mr Oldham} Carrying front license plate on bumper.
As we do not supply the bumpers this does not appear to arise.

p. Mud seals on wheel hubs.
He wishes to discuss the desirability of water-tight sealing.

q. Filling rear axle casing.
He also wishes to discuss improved accessibility.

r.{Sir Henry Royce} Insulated accelerator pedal.
He says that this will get better with the left hand steering. This doubtless will show itself on the experimental cars.

s. Length, stroke and position of gear and brake levers.
I thought these had already been settled in the drawings prepared.

Items suggested for consideration in the future development of left-handed P.II.
Remarks.

i. Height of radiator and bonnet.
He says: "One inch lift would give 4 feet longer road vision but improved coachwork appearance." I have always understood that if we raise the radiator any more, we should seriously interfere with visibility.

ii. Means of lowering rear cushion.
He refers to modified up-sweep at rear of frame.
