X2575 To BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} from EFC. c. Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} c. Hm{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs}/NRC.{N. R. Chandler} EFC5/T17.12.23. X.2515 - FUSE WIRE. VU410 Reference Hm{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs}/NRC{N. R. Chandler}7/D8.12.23. We have no objection to the use of tinned copper wire in place of bare copper wire of 30 S.W.G. for the Goshawk distribution box fuses, though we do not know of any definite disadvantage of the untinned wire. If there is any advantage on the score of uniformity, we would suggest that the change is made. EFC | ||
