Attention: Mr. H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} West

Dear Sirs,

With further reference to your letter of 4th November, please be advised that we have been in communication with our Engineering Research Department and have arranged for the slightly hotter plugs required by your goodselves to be made up immediately. As soon as we have news of their despatch, we will get into touch with you again.

As regards the terminals, our Mr. Irving has already supplied you with a quantity to meet your present needs and we are now making arrangements for the supply of one which will probably be more suitable, which will be forwarded to you with the next delivery of plugs.

We trust the action taken will meet with your approval, and assuring you of our prompt attention at all times, we are,

Yours truly,
