The Technical Committee must inquire into this matter at once. What is going to make the jump from 1/2 to 3/4 cwt on the 1700 series? Do the items which are mentioned in the memorandum account for so huge an increase as has taken place between 500 and 1700, viz. 2 3/4 cwts? The increase is 12 per cent.
