Derby.
Dear Sirs,
We beg to acknowledge your letter of 14th.inst re the Flex. that was ordered to be sent to Chichester, and are greatly suprised to hear that this has not yet been sent there as we gave instructions to the makers to have this sent off the same day as we received the order.
We will at once get into communication with them and ascertain the reason and will advise you when we receive their reply. In the meantime we trust you will accept our assurance that we will do all we possibly can in the matter, and beg to offer our regrets that you should have been put to any inconvenience.
Yours faithfully,
THE DERBY ENGINEERING Co.
