Dear Sirs,
Re:- CALORSTAT
With reference to a calorstat returned as defective after 8000 miles use on Bentley B.55.LE., our Inspection Department report that the cause of the failure was the development of a minute hole in the bellows due apparently to a local material defect.
Our Service Dept. are dealing with the matter.
Yours faithfully,
for S. SMITH & SONS (MOTOR ACCESSORIES) LIMITED.
ENGINEER.
To avoid delay all envelopes should be addressed to the firm.
