Introducing reinforced step irons for the Phantom chassis and a proposal for an extra step iron on the short chassis.

In regard to the proposal to add an extra step iron to the short chassis, we consider that the second scheme in which the extra step iron is spaced approximately midway between the other step irons would be most satisfactory, and certainly demands the least alteration.
