3rd January, 1936.

Messrs. Borg & Beck Ltd.,
Tachbrook Road,
Leamington Spa.

Dear Sirs,

This is to confirm our conversation with your Mr. Barker of yesterday, that you will balance the pressure plates on clutches you have already supplied, independent of the cover plate.

At the same time you will replace the red springs at present fitted with the brown springs, 147 to 155 lbs.

To enable us to keep up continuity of production, it is essential that we should have some modified clutches at the earliest possible moment.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
