LANCIA LAMBDA REAR SPRINGS.

We have taken details of the Lancia Lambda rear springs. These springs are fitted with 3 reverse leaves having reverse camber. The result of this is that the spring has a great deal of internal friction. It is necessary to take this into account when comparing the riding comfort tests taken on this car with other chassis having more conventional springs.

It will be observed that the equivalent friction on the Lancia during the recent road tests taken on this car will be about 130 lbs.
