We have estimated the cost of manufacturing this design on a production basis, and on the assumption that standard Starter Motor parts will be used in the construction wherever possible. The cost without profit comes out at £28. 12. 0 each. This cost must be regarded meanwhile as provisional, as Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} is looking into the details of the job, particularly the labour, and it is possible he may be able to effect certain economies.
