Proposal to fit a side steering tube with lighter springs on 20 HP 'J' Series cars to prevent customer complaints.

Bailey - Chief Engineer} In order to prevent complaints arising with customers, which could be avoided, we suggest it is of the utmost importance that all possible cars in "J" Series which can be fitted with a side steering tube having lighter springs, should be so fitted. The cost of this proposal will only be small, as it only deals with small springs and pads for same.
