To Hm.{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs} from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} X8770 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}3/LG3.12.26. Re. 60 LK.{L. King} H.R.H. Prince of Wales. X4117 X8770 With reference to Cll/Cl.12.26 attached. 44-PK car requires a very thorough overhaul - also the fact that it has been changed from a pre-front brake Silver Ghost to a front wheel brake type, then to a Phantom type car, you will find in a number of cases the frame has had to be plugged. We should not recommend 44-PK was taken for H.R.H. Prince of Wales. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
