The TELEPHOTE Lamp IS DEFINITELY AND UNQUESTIONABLY THE SOLUTION TO ALL FOG TROUBLES AND IS THE LAST WORD IN ANTI DAZZLE The “TELEPHOTE” Lamp has been tested on our main roads during recent fog at periods of the evenings when the traffic was abundant and its performance aroused remarkable interest to the many drivers. Such tests have proved beyond doubt that we have produced a lamp which we can market with confidence and gives assurance to the motoring world that its remarkable range of vision will give the user the satisfaction he has long sought. The usual method adopted in the past for fog lamps is a light projected through amber coloured glass, resulting in a reduced intensity as high as 50 per cent, or by parabolic reflecting that spreads and scatters light, thereby setting up an opaque screen. Official research has proved conclusively that such coloured beams have no advantage. Contrary to the aforementioned principle, “TELEPHOTE” emits the utmost possible power of light, far in excess of any other lamp on the market, giving a well lit distance and subdued foreground, thus giving unimpaired vision. Whilst inviting interest in our product we fully appreciate the sceptical attitude of the public in view of the many extravagant claims submitted on the value of various fog lamps which have subsequently unfulfilled expectations. In compiling the value and the advantage of the “TELEPHOTE” Lamp, we have confined ourselves strictly to facts which cannot be contradicted. Exaggerated claims on behalf of every product must ultimately result in sales disaster. On the subject of spending, the public prefer fact to fantasy and the motorist who hesitates to purchase a fog lamp owing to past failures of others can be assured that our arguments in favour of the “TELEPHOTE” Lamp are quite justified by our tests. SPECIAL OFFER. With full confidence, and to prove that our claims for this wonderful Lamp are in no way stressed, we offer 7 days free trial. If on test the lamp does not prove to be an advance over other light projectors costing double the price, then we will gladly refund purchase price. Do not regard the “TELEPHOTE” Lamp as a Fog or Spot Lamp only. It is a driving light par excellence, for use no matter what the condition, and a valuable accessory to any car. FOCUSSING. To focus for mist or fog, screw lamp holder into the lamp showing 3 threads behind locking ring, retaining the white centre spot. For ordinary use and for a broader beam, screw out to six threads behind the locking ring, retaining the white spot in the centre. It is the work of a moment to focus. + PRICES: Chromium Lamps, finished in heavy Chromium ... £2 18 6 Black and Chromium Lamps ... £2 17 6 + Telephote Projectors Ltd.
