not agree to risk damaging dynamometer.

When I go to Detroit I intend to call on Mr. J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore} Spencer of General Motors Patent Section to discuss conditions of license. This will however be reported on later.

All arrangements are now complete for despatch of rig. Messers Perry Ryer, Whitehall Street, New York are dealing with shipment.

Since the letter authorizing license negotiations was handed to Allisons, every facility for thorough investigation of process, manufacturing methods, and costs have been given and arrangements are complete whereby we will be kept fully informed of any development which may take place at Allisons or in General Motors Research Laboratories.
