Dear Sirs,
For the attention of Mr. C.S. Steadman.
We are in receipt of your letter of the 1st inst. and we have no objection whatever to you retaining the Car Heater indefinitely for test purposes, and also to modify parts of this Heater.
The Heater has been issued to you on Loan Account and the writer will arrange to clear this without charge when you have completed your tests.
