Dear Robert,

Thank you for your letter of the 14th;

I note that your father's Chassis is B-27-CW. This chassis should be leaving the Works almost immediately.

With regard to the Smith Jacks, we have not yet had a set of these fitted to an Experimental car. We shall, however, know more about them in about a week's time. As soon as I have ascertained that they are alright, I will get into touch with Smiths and find out the most convenient way of fitting them to the chassis.
