To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} from EFC. c. BY/RD. X7620 EFCI/T16.6.26. X7620 SEQUENCE SILENT STARTER MOTOR. Regarding the electrical arrangement of the starter motor required for this new set of units to be fitted to 9-EX, we understand that all the various experimental modifications are instructed. Will you kindly note that the particular combination which we require for this set is a motor which has reduced pole cores and arrangement of main and teazer windings as at present on the G motor, but which has an armature with the deeper slots and heavier armature conductors as at present on the C machine. This instruction, together with BY/RD5/ML15.6.26, which you will already have, will I think complete the whole of the instructions to enable you to complete the set of units. EFC+ | ||
