To. Clm{D. D. Clapham}/WF - Lillie Hall c. Clm{D. D. Clapham} - Lillie Hall ES - Park Ward JFB - for information Leather Shading We have now received from Park Ward the rear squab which had been rejected by you for off-shade when compared with the cushion. Looking at this squab there is a difference in shade in itself without comparing it to the cushion but this alteration to shade is due primarily to the differences in leather grain, in one area this is quite open and in other areas close grained. JPB has stated previously that variations in shade due to leather grain are acceptable and he had again confirmed that this standard is unchanged, will you please bear this in mind when viewing cars in the future.
