Postponing the fitting of threaded shackles to test torque reaction dampers and investigate a fan arrangement.

Please therefore postpone fitting the latter for the time being. In addition to the torque reaction dampers that have already been prepared and which we want to try as they are, we should like you to look in-to a means of getting a fan on with this arrangement at some later date.
