11th. January 1938.

For the attention of Mr.Sanders.

Dear Sirs,

Thank you for your letter of the 10th. We are very pleased that you realize the seriousness of your latest springs being completely black.

We are now very anxious to have the Bentley Spring FB.3317 which has recently been ordered.

Thank you for the information concerning the Humber Snipe springs, however I should be very grateful to have the following further information concerning the rear springs.

(1) Maximum bump deflection.
(2) Total axle movement.
(3) Thickness of main plate.
(4) Number of plates.

I am making a table of various springs and would rather like to include the Humber.

Yours faithfully,

for ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
