B.V. GEARBOXES.

Corniche Car 14.B.V.

Before this leaves for France it must have gear-box No.7 (now in 12.B.V.) with the following modifications -

(1) Stiffened top and overdrive cones lightened as per box 10.B.V.

(2) Steel cages for side shaft bearings.

12.B.V.

Fit box No.4 without any modifications when 14.B's box is changed.

11.B.V.

Box No.8, remove anti-rattle device from Top and Overdrive, fitting new stiffened lightened cones.
