| DELCO-REMY & HYATT, LTD. Messrs. Rolls-Royce, Ltd., Derby. Price increase. It is agreed that, following a contract made on the above price basis, subsequent contracts will be accepted without increase in price unless necessitated by higher cost of raw materials, or other such cause beyond our control. Price reduction. The prices quoted will be reduced by us if, during the period of the contract, any general reduction in the price of such equipment is made by us to other motor vehicle or engine manufacturers. APPROVED SAMPLE. If and when a contract is placed we will supply a sample Distributor exactly in accordance with previously supplied and approved samples and which will be considered a standard for production purposes. IMPROVEMENTS. We will incorporate in any equipment supplied latest improvements as and when introduced and if approved by you. GUARANTEE. The material covered by this quotation would be guaranteed for such period as is covered by the customary guarantee given with Rolls-Bentley cars. DELIVERY. As required by you. CARRIAGE.
