Many thanks for EWP{Mr Punt}/MLG.9.2.35, together with the cutting relating to the suggestion that superchargers should be eliminated from racing cars of the future.

I hope that you are now recovered from your attack of influenza, and that you have succeeded in contacting with Mrs. Taylor to your mutual advantage.

Your communication with regard to Le Mans was of the greatest interest. We have not yet tackled "The Powers that Be" on the subject.
